More than 1100 people attended Gefiltefest 2015 at JW3 to celebrate Jewish heritage through food.

We ate, we learned, we baked, we kneaded

and of course,

we tasted our way through traditional, contemporary and forward thinking Jewish cuisine from around the world.

And throughout Gefiltefest 2015, Sophie Herxheimer, our artist in residence was busy creating a gallery inspired by visitors’ food memories.

Using pen and ink, her beautifully illustrated memories covered the wall and created a stunning scape for all to see.

View her full Gefiltefest album here and visit her website for more information about the artist.
